Hair Plug ("Me," "Myself," or "I") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. 1. Deposit secures appointment reservation.
No deposit = No appointment.
A deposit is required at least 5 days After your appointment to secure your booking.
3. Deposits are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
If multiple clients are seeking the same day/time slot, the deposit received first will secure the appointment.
If online banking is a hassle for you, feel free to come see me in person to pay. I’m happy to take the deposit in person if that’s more convenient for you.
4. No Guests:
To ensure a focused and relaxing service environment, please do not bring any additional persons or "plus ones" with you to your appointment.
5. Deposit is non-refundable.
6. Late fee:
$15 will be charged after 15 minutes.
7. 30+ minutes late:
The appointment will be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
8. Last-Minute Cancellations:
If I haven't heard from you at least 1 hour prior to the appointment time, it will be automatically canceled, regardless of deposit status.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on our website with an updated "Effective Date."
